Q: Can I mix different fragrances in one order?

A: Yes! You can mix different scents with a minimum order of 100 bottles total.

Q: Do you provide samples?

A: Yes, samples are available at $1.5 per piece (shipping cost borne by buyer). 40% of sample fee will be deducted from your bulk order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept PayPal for online full payment. Alternatively, 50% advance payment, and the remaining 50% against copy of Bill of Lading.

Q: What is the delivery time?

A: No delivery time for standard orders – we can ship immediately unless single item quantity exceeds 2,000 pieces.

Q: How do you handle quality issues?

A: For shortage or damaged items, we will either replenish with your next order or refund according to the quantity affected.
